Information given pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree  no.196/2003 to viewers  of  Faber Vetreria Srl web site and users of services offered by it , starting from  the web address  (www.fabervetreria.it), except external links.

Data collected through this web-site is split into :

Connection data
This category of data, includes IP addressees or domain names of computers used by users, who log into the site, the addresses  with URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, and other parameters connected to the http protocol and relative to the operating system, and to the IT user field. This data is only used in order to  obtain anonymous statistics on site use and to control proper functioning.  All information is deleted immediately after being processed. Data may be used to ascertain liability in case of any hypothetical illegal acts towards the site: with this exception, data does not remain for more than seven days.

Optional user data
Optional , explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the indicated addresses on this site, results in the acquisition of the  sender’s addresses, which are needed to answer requests, as well as other eventual personal information contained in the message.

Cookies
In that regard, no personal user data is acquired by the site. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are said persistent cookies, of any kind, used, as user tracking methods.  We remind you that the user, may at any time, disable cookies with their browser setting, or choose to be informed when they receive cookies and refuse them when on delivery.

With the exception of automatically collected data (browsing data), the contribution of other information through prepared forms or email is  free and voluntary, and not sending it can only result in failure to satisfy any eventual request.

The data storage location is the Server  of the provider , which hosts the site (URL Site) only for navigation data and processors at the FABER VETRERIA Srl Headquarters, and for other communication, with the exception of cookies , which are stored in your computer.

Legislative Decree no.196/2003, Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights.

1. The party concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of  the existence or not of personal information, concerning him/her, even if they are not yet registered,  and their communication in intelligible way.
2. The party concerned has the right to obtain indication on:

a. origin of personal data;
b. end use and how the information is processed;
c. applied logic, in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic instruments;

d. the owner’s identity, the people in charge  and the appointed representative, pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. entities or the categories of entities to whom personal data may be communicated, or who might know about it as an appointed representative  in the state territory, people in charge  or operators.

 3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:

a. Updates, rectification, or when interested, data integration;
b. Cancelation, to become anonymous or to block data processed in violation of the law, including information which does not necessitate saving, in connection to the reason why the data was collected and subsequently processed;

c. certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to their attention, also in regards to their content, of those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated,  except in the case where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The party concerned has the right to object, entirely or in part:

a. for  legitimate reasons concerning the processing of personal data regarding  him/her , even pertinent to the reason for the collection;
b. for the processing of personal data concerning him/her in order to send  advertisement material, or direct sales or to fulfill  market research, or for commercial communications.
